Summer Season FAQ (June 1 – October 14)

Why are your hours different in the summer?

Arizona summers are no joke — and to keep our team safe and your equipment in great shape, we shift our delivery schedule during the hottest months. Delivery drop-offs happen in the early morning before the heat peaks, and delivery returns happen in the evening once temperatures cool down. If you're picking up at our Chandler location, nothing changes — store hours stay the same. It's how we make sure every event goes smoothly, even in July.
What are your summer delivery hours?
From June 1 through October 14, our delivery service hours are:
- 🚚 Delivery Drop-Off (we bring equipment to your event location): 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 📦 Delivery Return (we collect equipment after your event): 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
We do not offer delivery drop-offs, delivery returns, or setup labor between 10 AM and 6 PM during the summer season.
What are your Store Pickup and Store Drop-Off hours?
If you prefer to come to us, our Chandler location is open 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week — the same as always, year-round. You'll receive the exact address and detailed instructions 24–48 hours before your scheduled date.
- Store Pickup = you come to our Chandler site to collect your rental items
- Store Drop-Off = you return the items to our Chandler site after your event
Can I still request a delivery outside of those hours?

In rare cases, a mid-day delivery (between 10 AM and 6 PM) may be available at an additional charge, subject to availability and approval. This is not guaranteed — please reach out in advance by filling out our contact form at azbackyardpartyrentals.com
What days are available for delivery in the summer?
Our delivery day policy doesn't change in the summer:
- ✅ Saturday & Sunday — Standard delivery days
- ⚠️ Friday & Monday — Available by exception only (additional fee applies; contact us first)
- ❌ Tuesday – Thursday — Store Pickup / Store Drop-Off only; no delivery service
